Today I helped clean the back room and it seemed as if it was very much needed, though it still needs more it is a start. I also read about twenty pages of a book called the VIII while waiting.

Today I watched the first two videos in the book chapter four, which were over ram. I now understand that ram can vary in multiple areas such as in the types of ram, amount of storage, the channels and where which type of ram goes in which channel. I also downloaded Malwarebytes on both of my thumb drives just to have that if needed at anytime.

Yesterday I created my first ever cable and learned the type b of formation up. Today I helped make a few RJ45 cables and messed with a router.

Today I helped clean the back room and take off a screen and take out the hard-drive in a Mac all-in-one. We installed a graphics card and checked the display.

Today I Finished up chapter four, five, and six. Firstly chapter four was over ram and some of its facets. Then chapter five was over firmware, or basically UEFI BIOS, BIOS, POST, and how to navigate thought the BIOS settings. Finally chapter six was over the motherboard and how the market is regulated to around four sizes. Chapter six also covered chipsets and how to install a motherboard.

Today we replaced the hard drive in a laptop and took one out of a tower too.

Today we put the screens back on the two apple all-in-ones and setup some pc towers. We put windows on them and they seemed to start easily. I put Kali Linux on one of my USBs and it seems to still be working. The thing about it is you have to turn off secure boot which can be okay or bad.

Today I helped take off a screen from another apple all-in-one. We also moved the break room stuff into the second room down that hallway. In place of where the old break room was we are making a room for us computer support cats.

Today we all took a safety test and I might have missed one on accident but I assume we are going to get to be able to take it again. I’ve taken some safety tests before for tec-ed. I have taken test for most of the woodcutting machines that are in a woodshop, and I slightly believe I still am able to use them correctly and safely. I also vacuumed the entire backroom, I propose that dead crickets are no longer available in the back room. I also did organize some chords in the backroom but that would be the majority of today.

Today I glued a mac screen back on and but the macs where they belong. Also it is coming along swimmingly.
